Short version: this website keeps what a member does in your own browser and nowhere else, has no way to follow you around the internet, and the one exception — staff signing in — is spelled out below rather than left for you to discover. The long version says exactly what that means, so you can check it rather than take our word for it.

What we store, and where
As a member, everything below is kept by your own browser, on your own device, under this website's address. None of it is sent to us or to anybody else, and clearing your browser's site data for this address erases all of it. Staff sign-in is the one exception, and it is covered on its own further down.
- Who you are signed in as, as a member. Picking your name from the top bar records that choice so the pages can greet you and show your own bookings. There is no password, and it is convenience rather than protection — see the note about that below.
- Your class reservations. Booking a spot records it here so the schedule and the studio's other screens agree with each other.
- How you want the site to look. Light, dark, or a background and text pair you chose yourself on the settings page.
- Staff working notes. On the staff tools only: which members have already been contacted, and who has asked not to be. Those stay in the staff member's own browser.
What we do not do
Stated as a list rather than a promise, because each one is something you can verify in a browser's network panel:
- No cookie tracks you. One cookie exists — described in the staff sign-in section below — and it does one thing: hold a staff session for an hour. It carries no name, no visit history, and nothing about a member. Every other page sets no cookie at all.
- No analytics and no tag manager. Nothing counts your visits, records your clicks, or builds a profile.
- No third-party hosts. No advertising network, no embedded player, no social widget. Both typefaces this site uses are served from this address rather than borrowed from a font service, which is otherwise one of the quietest ways a page tells somebody else you were here. Every request this site makes, including the one behind the staff cookie, stays on this same address — never a different company's server.
- No selling or sharing. There is nothing to sell: we do not receive anything to sell.
What leaves your browser
Two things, and nothing else does. If you type a question into the support assistant, that question is sent to the studio's own assistant service so it can be answered — nothing else goes with it, not your name, not your bookings, not an identifier. And if you are a staff member signing in, the passphrase you type is sent to this same site's own server to be checked; it is compared, never stored as typed, and the server has no idea who is asking beyond "someone who knows the passphrase." If you would rather ask a person, the contact details at the bottom of every page reach the front desk directly.
Member sign-in is convenience, not a lock
Picking your name from the member list has no password, is remembered only by your own browser, and does not protect anything. We are telling you this rather than letting it look like security: do not treat any member page here as private because you picked a name. Every member page is reachable by anyone with its address.
Staff sign-in is real, and different
The staff dashboard and the re-engagement tool are the one part of this site that is actually locked. Signing in there takes a real passphrase, checked by this site's own server rather than your browser, which is what makes it a real gate rather than a picture of one: nobody can read the studio's records — member names, bookings, attendance — by guessing at a page's address, because the server refuses the request without proof of that passphrase. That proof is the one cookie this site sets: it names no one, it cannot be read by any page's own script, it only works over a secure connection, and it stops working on its own after an hour. Signing out, or letting the hour pass, ends it. Nothing about a member's own sign-in changes any of this — a member's name in the top bar has never unlocked a staff page and still does not.
The people in these records
The members, instructors and classes shown on this site are invented. They are generated from a fixed starting number, which is why the same studio appears on every device. No real member's record is published here.
Erasing everything
Clear this site's data in your browser's settings and every item in the first list above is gone. There is no account to delete, because there is no account on our side.
